A Mountain Home man was arrested early Wednesday morning in Baxter County. 52-year-old Christopher Wayne Jackson was arrested on charges of fleeing on foot, obstructing governmental operations, three counts of non-payment of fines, a revocation bench warrant and he is on hold for extradition. He is being held in Baxter County Detention Center with a bond set at $4,775
