Terry Duane Qualls, of Walnut Ridge, is sentenced to 262 months in federal prison. Qualls is being sentenced to being a felon in possession of 26 firearms, and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Qualls is facing 21 years and 10 months in prison, with 5 years of supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system. Qualls was sentenced as a career criminal due to his gun and drug convictions along with his past criminal history.
