A woman from Ava was arrested by the Highway Patrol early Friday morning in Texas County. 25 year old Courtney Ulman was arrested for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, no drivers license, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident with property damage. She was taken to Texas County jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
