According to reports, Toby Lee was arrested after Lawrence County Deputies clocked him traveling at over 100 mph. When they attempted to stop him, he fled on County Road 219. Lee was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Speeding, Careless/Prohibited Driving, and Felony Fleeing. He was taken to the Lawrence County jail.
