Jamie Don Flanery was arrested in 2023 on suspicion of first-degree sexual assault after allegedly sexually assaulting a teen during a church youth meeting. Flanery pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge of harassment and was sentenced to 12 months suspended sentence and ordered to pay $2,040 in fines and court costs.
