50-year-old Alex Moreno faces charges of child molestation and patronizing prostitution. The 15-year-old boy stated that Moreno tried to make unwanted sexual contact with him. When the victim began to report what happened Moreno allegedly offered the boy money to allow him to make sexual contact with him.
