It was raining 3’s last night at the West Plains High School gym as the Zizzers and Lady Zizzers hosted the Marshfield boys and girls.
The West Plains Lady Zizzers upset the Class “5” #4 Marshfield Lady Jays 64 to 46 in their last home game of the season and senior night. Zoe Shrubb and Shaylee Peterson had 18 points apiece to lead the way. Lady Zizzers made 13 3-pointers in the game Shrubb made 6 3-pointers. Lady Zizzers are now 15 and 8 on the season.
The Zizzer boys made 15 3-pointers as they beat Marshfield 79 to 28. Senior Ethan Tuma made 9 3-pointers and finished the night with 29 points. Aiden Judd had 15 and Clayton Robbins had 14. Zizzer boys are now 11 and 13 on the season.
The Thayer Boys and Girls got dominant wins last night in SCA play. The Lady Bobcats beat Ava 62-27, the Lady Bobcats are now 18-5 on the season and 6-0 in the SCA. The Bobcats beat Ava 66-44, the Bobcats improved to 19-4 on the season and 5-1 in the SCA.
