The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting that a 2-vehicle accident left a 40-year-old woman in moderate condition after a wreck on Friday. The accident happened when the driver of a truck from Caulfield was traveling southbound crossed the centerline and struck the driver of the northbound vehicle of West Plains head-on. The West Plains woman was taken by air ambulance to Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
