The body and vehicle believed to be 95-year-old Belva Day were located Tuesday afternoon in a remote area of Jacksonville Air Force Base in the Little Rock Area. A maintenance crew located the vehicle in a ravine according to Mountain Home Police Chief Eddie Griffin.
