58-year-old Guy S Gibbs of Doniphan was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Thursday. Gibbs was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, displaying the plates of another, and no seatbelt. He was taken to the Butler County Jail and later released.
