Villneff arrested in Izard County

The Izard County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 42-year-old Gerald Villneff. Villnefff is from Oxford Arkansas was arrested on Thursday. He was arrested for 4 counts of sexual assault in the second degree and sexually grooming a child. Villneff is being held on a $100,000 bond.
