The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 61-year-old James Franklin Baker in the early morning on Friday. Baker was arrested for assault in the 3rd degree on a family or household member, Endangering the welfare of a minor in the 3rd degree, and interference with emergency communication in the 2nd degree. He is being held on $1450 bond.
