Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders is requesting a major disaster declaration for Sharp, Izard, Randolph, Lawrence, Independence, and Stone Counties after the recent tornadoes. The Governor is asking President Trump to issue the disaster declaration for individual assistance and U.S. Small Business Loans, to help people get back on their feet and rebuild. The Governor is also asking for statewide hazard mitigation.
