
Joshua Benson and Lashanna Lambert were both arrested after a traffic stop on Highway O. K-9 Karo alerted on the vehicle and the vehicle was searched, a firearm and meth were located. Both Benson and Lambert, are both convicted felons and prohibited from possessing firearms. They were both arrested for possession of meth and a gun.
Deputies responded to an address in Gainesville for an ex-parte violation. Upon arrival, they made contact with the suspect, Omar Rosas, on the property he was ordered through the ex-parte not to be on. As the deputies attempted to arrest him for violating the ex parte and stalking, he resisted, striking one of the deputies. That action resulted in Omar being charged with felony resisting arrest.
Deputies conducted a warrant service for Justin Schofield for his active felony warrant out of Douglas County. Deputies located Justin hiding inside his house. During a search incident to arrest, a loaded revolver and meth were located on his person. Justin was arrested for his warrant, possession of a firearm by a fugitive, unlawful use of a weapon, and possession of a controlled substance.
