38-year-old Samuel Miller was arrested after authorities said he fired 29 shots from an AK-47 near a business and sent threatening text messages to former employees. The incident happened Tuesday night. Miller had been fired about two weeks prior to the incident and rented a house about 100 yards away from the business in Wasola. Miller is facing two counts of armed criminal action and one count each of second-degree terroristic threatening and first-degree harassment. He is being held without bond in the Ozark County Jail.
