On Thursday, the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office conducted a follow-up investigation stemming from a complaint received on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
The investigation revealed that Carl Atchison was unlawfully present on private property and had items in his possession that belonged to that property. It was also confirmed that Atchison is currently under the supervision of Probation and Parole.
Atchison was placed under arrest and transported to the Shannon County Jail, where he is being held on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.
