A man from Steelville, Missouri, suffered serious injuries in an accident in Ozark County. The Highway Patrol reports that the 33-year-old man was injured when he drove off the road and hit a tree. The accident happened on Missouri 101, two and a half miles north of Bakersfield. The man was taken to Ozarks Healthcare.
Two people were injured in an accident in Howell County Saturday night. The Highway Patrol says that a 22-year-old woman from Mammoth Spring suffered moderate injuries and a 19-year-old girl from West Plains suffered minor injuries when a 24-year-old man from West Plains drove off the road and hit a sign, then a culvert, and then overturned the truck he was driving. The women were passengers in the truck. Both women were taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on Highway ZZ near County Road 8540.
