SPRINGFIELD – Missouri State men’s basketball head coach Cuonzo Martin has added 6-foot-10 forward Cameron Boone to the Bears’ roster for next season.
Boone played the past two seasons at John A. Logan College in Carterville, Ill., where he helped lead coach Kyle Smithpeters’ Vols to the NJCAA Division I Tournament in 2024-25. He averaged 3.7 points and 4.1 rebounds for a 23-10 team with 13 starts as a sophomore, shooting 55.0 percent from the field and 70.8 percent at the line. Likewise, he averaged 4.0 points and 4.6 rebounds as a freshman at Logan, converting 55.6 percent from the field.
