The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office reports that 30-year-old Sierra Elizabeth Campbell was arrested on charges of two counts of residential burglary, two counts of felony theft of property, and two counts of breaking or entering. She was also charged with probation violation. Campbell was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center, and bond was set at $20,000
