The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man from Gassville, Arkansas, in Howell County. 51-year-old David Allison was arrested on a felony Ford County, Kansas, warrant for failure to appear, fugitive from out of state, failure to register, no insurance, and no seat belt. He was taken to the Howell County jail.
