Immediately upon receiving the call, deputies from the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the scene. They were quickly joined by Shannon County First Responders, Eminence Area Volunteer Fire Department (EAVFD), Mercy EMS, and Air Evac Lifeteam.
