On Tuesday, West Plains Police were called to North Terra for a domestic disturbance. Authorities say that Cody Wilbanks was arguing with a woman, and Wilbanks’ brother tried to intervene. A physical altercation began, and Wilbanks allegedly hit the man multiple times in the face and head. The victim then physically restrained Wilbanks. Wilbanks was arrested and is charged with third-degree domestic assault.
