The Sheriff’s Office reports that 47-year-old Lary Dwayne Yancey was arrested and charged with Failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements, a Class C Felony. He was booked into the Baxter County Detention Center on a $15,000 bond pending his appearance in Baxter County Circuit Court on July 7.
