41-year-old Ashley Dawn Garris was arrested on charges of trafficking a controlled substance, felony possession of a controlled substance fentanyl, felony fleeing, aggravated assault, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear, and revocation of a bench warrant. She is being held on $30,000 bond.
