Lance Shockley was found guilty of first-degree murder in the death of Sgt. Dewayne Graham in Carter County in March of 2005. Shockley lost several appeals on his conviction after he was sentenced to death in 2014. The Missouri State Supreme Court has now set the date for his execution for October 14th.
