A man from Doniphan was arrested by the Highway Patrol Wednesday morning. 26 year old Danial Mattison was arrested on a felony board of probation/parole, parole violation warrant, property damage, a felony Butler County warrant for probation violation and possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to Ripley County jail and is being held without bond.
