On June 29th, the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office arrested David Larkin of Barrington, New Hampshire. Larkin was taken into custody and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Larkin is being held at the Shannon County Jail with a bond set at $10,000 cash only.
