Patricia Santos Duvalier was arrested in 2023 for murder and assault in the death of her daughter. After receiving a tip in January, authorities searched a home in West Plains and found 19 rifles and 9 pistols along with ammunition, holsters, scabbards, and a gun vice. Deputies identified several of the recovered items as those stolen by Santos-Duvalier. Santos-Duvalier is now facing 28 counts of theft.
