A 17 year old was injured in an accident Saturday night in Carter County. The Highway Patrol reports that 17 year old Ashton Hayman suffered serious injuries and was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital. Hayman was injured when 16 year old Braxton Walker drove off the road and overturned the SUV he was driving. Hayman was a passenger in the SUV and was ejected in the accident. The accident happened on Rt K about 300 feet east of Rt 21.
