On Saturday, the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew F. Boyer for felony first-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the First Degree. Boyer’s bond was set at $10,000.00 cash only, with a strict condition of no contact with the victim by any means or medium.
