The Highway Patrol reports the 29-year-old suffered moderate injuries when he attempted to pass a vehicle that was turning and hit the vehicle. The man on the motorcycle was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston. The accident happened on Highway 17, three miles north of Houston.
