61-year-old Michael Raymond Wamser Jr. was arrested on charges of three counts of aggravated assault, terroristic threatening, misdemeanor fleeing, obstructing governmental operations, and disorderly conduct. He was taken to Baxter County Detention Center, and bond was set at $15,000. He has now been released on bond.
