The Thayer-Mammoth Spring Rotary weekly meeting was held yesterday, and Mammoth Spring School Counselor Janet Smoot was the guest speaker. Smoot talked about the “Bell to Bell No Cell Act.”
She talked about what is banned and what the exceptions are
Exceptions also include emergencies, school-issued devices used for instructional purposes, and concurrent or college-level classes requiring secure device access. She said there will be an emergency phone available to students
