Law enforcement was called to a report of a suspicious person near a residence on Crestwood Circle. A suspect, 65-year-old Kevin Jennings, was questioned and denied leaving his home that night, but then later admitted to knocking on a window where a juvenile was nude after exiting a bath. Jennings is charged with sexual misconduct involving a child under 15, first-degree sexual misconduct, and first-degree stalking. Jennings has a prior criminal history, including a charge of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault from 1985 in Rockford, Illinois.
