The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man from Naylor for leaving the scene of a fatal accident. 57 year old James Dempsey was arrested Monday morning and charged with felony leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death and no valid license. He was taken to the Ripley County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
