A 78-year-old Grandin, Missouri, man was injured in a crash Friday afternoon in Carter County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the crash happened on U.S. 60, a quarter mile east of Ellsinore, when a 2004 Lexus ES traveled off the left side of the roadway, went through the median, and overturned. The driver sustained minor injuries and was transported by East Carter County Ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital. The vehicle was extensively damaged and towed from the scene.
