A 59-year-old Hardy man, Robert R. Maclin, was arrested in Howell County Friday evening. Authorities say he is accused of two counts of felony unlawful possession of a firearm, misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was taken to the Howell County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
