A Pocahontas woman was arrested Friday morning by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office. According to booking records, 42-year-old Kelly Rogers was taken into custody on August 22 at 11:58 a.m. Rogers faces felony charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine, along with a charge of possession of a Schedule 4 controlled substance. She is currently being held without bond.
