The father of three children who tested positive for meth has now been charged. 33 year old Johnny Louis Poyner is charged with child endangerment. The Children’s mother 30 year old Amy Poyner was first charged after testing positive for meth, which prompted a welfare check on the three children who tested positive for environmental exposure to meth. Now Johnny Poyner is charged with 1st degree endangering the welfare of a child and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs. He was released on $4,500 bond.
