More charges have been filed against two alleged Florida Gang members that were arrested in Fulton County following a high speed chase. 21 year old Cedric Camper and 27 year old Thomas Hankerson both have been charged with felony stealing and first degree property damage in Howell County. Their bond was set at $25,000 each In Fulton County. The two men are charged with 18 felony counts of theft by receiving a credit card, 27 felony counts of theft by receiving a debit card and a misdemeanor count of theft by receiving, Hankerson also faces charges of fleeing, reckless driving, no proof of insurance, no seatbelt, driving left of center and possession of marijuana. Bond on the Arkansas Charges is set at $100,000. The two men are allegedly members of the Felony Lane Gang.
