26-year-old Ryan Michael Roseir was arrested following an incident on Sunday. Roseir allegedly sexually assaulted a 12-year-old family member. Roseir is charged with felony rape and felony sexual grooming of a child. Roseir is being held in Independence County Jail with a bond set at $500,000
