24 years ago today, the world watched as terrorists attacked the United States by crashing planes into the Twin Towers in New York, the Pentagon, and a field in Pennsylvania. 2,977 lives were lost in the attack, and thousands more were injured.
Today is Patriots Day as we remember those that lost their lives on that day.
