31-year-old Nanatte Ralph, 5-year-old Scarlett Rpse Talley, and 10-month-old David Roy Talley were all reported missing on Sunday. The three were found safe on Monday. The Arkansas State Police had issued a missing/endangered advisory at the request of the Izard County Sheriff’s Office.
