According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at 11:55 a.m. on County Road 8240, about 300 yards south of Missouri Highway ZZ. A 2018 Chevrolet Malibu, driven by a 17-year-old female from West Plains, ran off the left side of the road, overcorrected, then went off the right side and struck an electrical pole. The driver and three passengers, all 17-year-old females from West Plains, were transported by South Howell Ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare. The driver and two passengers sustained minor injuries, while another passenger suffered moderate injuries.
