On September 16, 2025, a traffic stop on a vehicle was conducted on W. 76 Highway near the City Limits of Ava. As a result of the stop, authorities seized approximately 27 grams of methamphetamine, scales, and a meth pipe. Warrants were issued for the 3 occupants of the car.
56-year-old Kenny Grabher, of Ava, 39-year-old Joseph Newell, of Marshfield, and 35-year-old Heather Shelby-McAdams of Marshfield were all charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine, and felony unlawful Possession of Drug paraphernalia.
NO BOND was set on all three subjects.
