38-year-old Johnny Justin Frazier was arrested on charged with rape of a child less than 14 years old, six counts of sexually indecency with a child, sexually grooming a child, and terroristic threatening. Frazier was taken to the Lawrence County Detention Center. Authorities report that Frazier has a criminal history.
