On Wednesday, Police were called to a domestic incident on East Main Street. Orville Doran reportedly barricaded himself inside an apartment and refused to come out. Given the nature of the incident and Doran’s hostility, Howell County SWAT was contacted for assistance. Howell County SWAT arrived on scene. Once in place, they began to call for Doran to come out of the residence. At this time,a warrant had been issued for Doran’s arrest for Domestic Assault 2nd degree. Doran complied and exited the apartment without further incident.
