On Sunday, officers arrested Patricia Hodgeson, who allegedly slapped and punched a juvenile in the face and then threw rocks at him. The child was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. Hodgeson has a prior conviction for endangering the welfare of a child from 2010.
