A Pocahontas man was arrested Thursday afternoon by the Pocahontas Police Department. According to authorities, 54-year-old Jackie Allred was booked at 2:36 p.m. on charges of felony rape, felony sexual indecency with a child, and felony first-degree sexual assault. Allred is being held without bond.
