The Pocahontas Police Department reports the arrest of 50-year-old Tabatha Briley of Pocahontas, Arkansas. was booked Friday at 10:40 a.m. on charges of felony second-degree battery, driving while intoxicated, and refusing to submit to an intoxication test. She is being held without bond.
